Remove the negative terminal of the battery
When working on a car, always start by removing the negative terminals of the battery.
Remove the front bumper
First, remove the push-in pin from the radiator shroud and carefully remove it and store it in preparation for reinstallation.
Remove the push-in pin from the wheel well and open the liner to access the 10mm bumper bolt.
Remove the 10mm bolts.
Pull the Longto bumper from the side to the outside to remove it from the mounting clip and carefully remove it.
Repeat the same procedure on the other side of the wheel house.
To remove the entire bumper, thoroughly remove the ten 10 10mm bolts under the front bumper.
Be sure to disconnect the sensor before completely removing the front bumper. I'll set it aside so I can reinstall it later.
Remove the headlight bolts
Remove the five 10mm bolts securing the headlight assembly.Repeat the same procedure on the other side.
Remove the headlight
Gently pull the headlight assembly outward to remove it.Remove the headlight socket and the headlight is now removed.
Do a DRL wiring connection
Wire the fuse power supply acquisition section of the IG power supply harness to the fuse box next to the battery, and wire the red and black mulch-shaped terminals to the battery.Connect the fuse power supply acquisition section to the specified fuse section.
Remove the fuse box next to the battery and pull in the power acquisition side of the IG power supply harness.
Unscrew the fuse on the fuse 10A (WASHER MTR) and connect the fuse on the connection harness.
Connect the battery connection terminal (red and black wires) to the battery.
Install the headlights
Remove the bumper fixing bracket from the original headlight.
The bracket is secured with three screws.
Port the removed bracket to the AlphaRex headlamp assembly.
Use the removed screws to secure them.
Wire the IG power harness to the headlamp connector part, and connect the headlamp connection harness connector to the IG power harness connector.
Attach the headlights firmly to the vehicle and tighten the five 10mm bolts. Repeat the same procedure on the other side of the headlight.
To complete the installation, run the removal process in reverse and make sure all previous steps are performed in reverse order.
Test the headlights to work.
Test the ALPHAREX headlight functionality to ensure everything works properly.
