※Switching the activation function on/off,When switching the turn signal lighting method, you must always connect a DRL harness.

Removing the headlight

Remove the negative terminal of the battery

When working on a vehicle, be sure to first remove the negative terminals of the battery.

Remove the front bumper

Remove the push pin from the radiator shroud and carefully remove it.

Remove the push pin securing the upper bumper retainer.

Remove the two screws from both sides of the tire house.

Pull the front bumper outward from the side and then use the mounting clipTake itRemove and slowly remove.

Use a flathead screwdriver to insert the insertion clip that holds the top bumper rim in place.Take itI'll remove it. Do the same for the other side, completely removing the top of the bumper.

To remove the entire bumper, remove the bolts, hex screws and push pins below the front bumper. Isolate the fog light connection and remove the entire front bumper.

Remove the headlight bolt

Remove the five 10mm bolts from the headlight assembly.

Do the same on the other side.

Remove the headlight

Slowly pull the headlight assembly outwardsTake itI'll remove it.
Remove the headlight socket and remove the headlight.

Follow the same steps to remove the opposite headlight.

Porting the bracket

Before installing the headlight, port the mounting brackets from the original headlight assembly to the ALPHAREX headlight assembly.

Two 10mm boltsTake itRemove and attach the mounting bracket to the ALPHAREX headlight assembly. Install the other headlight assembly using the same procedure.

Wiring the DRL harness

Installing the DRL harness is optional and can be selected according to your preference.
*When switching the activation function ON/OFF or turning on the turn signal, you must always connect a DRL harness.

By installing a DRL harness, the activation light can be turned on every time you lock/unlock the vehicle using the vehicle's smart key.
If you do not install the DRL harness, the activation light will not turn on with keyless entry.

Connect the red cord to the positive terminal of the battery and the black cord to the negative terminal of the battery.

To turn on the activation light every time the vehicle is locked/unlockedOpen the fuse box cover and use the included gray cord to the following wiring with the following:I'll connect。

Remove the junction box (red circle) inside the fuse box and separate the connector.

Connect the gray DRL code with the electro tap that comes with the red cord in the fuse box.

Connect the connector and return the junction box.
*When returning the junction box, pull out the wire from the image position

Wire the fuse box from the fuse box to prevent the cord from biting when the fuse box is closed.

Close the fuse box cover and wire the DRL wire harness towards the headlights.

Install the headlights

Isolate the DRL connector coming out of the headlight assembly.

Connect it to the wired DRL red cord connector and the connector on the ALPHAREX headlight assembly.

*Do not use insulated grease

Wire the yellow cord coming out of the DRL controller unit all the way to the back of the headlight on the passenger side.

Connect it to the wired yellow cord connector and the yellow cord connector coming out of the headlight.

*This work will only be performed on the passenger side

*Do not use insulated grease

Connect the headlight socket to the ALPHAREX headlight assembly.

*Do not use insulated grease

Attach the headlights firmly to the vehicle and secure them with five 10 mm bolts. Repeat the same procedure on the other side of the headlight. Installation is performed in the reverse order of the previous removal procedure.
